About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented HR Operations Specialist to join our team in Bucharest. In this role, you will partner closely with the business to ensure seamless HR processes, accurate payroll management, strong compliance and excellent employee experience. Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations & Employee Support

• Provide day‑to‑day HR support to employees by addressing questions related to policies, procedures and payroll.
• Ensure timely and accurate management of personnel documentation and HR administrative tasks.
• Support employees and managers with HR systems’ navigation and process guidance.

Payroll & Time Management

• Manage the end-to-end payroll cycle
• Ensure compliance with tax requirements, wage changes and statutory obligations.
• Collaborate with payroll vendor and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely processing.

HR Administration & Compliance

• Maintain up‑to‑date employee files and ensure all documentation meets legal and internal standards.
• Ensure compliance with Romanian labor law, GDPR, internal audit controls and regulatory obligations.
• Manage relationships with HR suppliers and vendors, including invoice management.
• Oversee contracts and documentation with external providers.

Data Management & Reporting

• Ensure HR data accuracy across internal systems and reporting tools.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Support the development and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, and processes.

Projects & Collaboration

• Participate in local and global HR projects in collaboration with the Country HR Manager and global SME teams.
• Work closely with technical teams and corporate functions, as well as local partners (Payroll, Immigration, Health & Safety).

What We’re Looking For

• University degree, preferably in Economics, Human Resources or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR Payroll & Administration, ideally in an international environment.
• Strong knowledge of Romanian labor law and HR best practices.
• Hands-on payroll processing experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
• Structured, detail-oriented, and highly accountable work style.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work with diverse teams.
