In that team;

• Work within our cross functional agile teams to design and maintain PrePaid card, Allowance Card and Wallet management processes.
• Design prepaid card, allowance card, pay-by-qr, open/closed loop wallet, ATM, card embossing , end-of-day process, reconciliation and accounting products and processes.
• Work with 3rd party companies with which we have integration, direct the studies and manage the relationship with the relevant companies.
• Analyze, test and maintain customer-facing and employee-facing applications.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• BS or MS in Mathematical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical fields.
• At least 7 years of business analysis experience
• Advanced SQL knowledge
• Knowledge of payment systems products is a plus
• Knowledge of card management, wallet management is a plus
• Knowledge of Qlik Sense, reporting and customizations is a plus
• Knowledge about test processes, methodologies and test automation tools (like Selenium)
• Proficient in gathering, eliciting, negotiating requirements from various stakeholders, and convert them into business analysis outputs (such as use cases, functional analysis, technical analysis, solution design, acceptance test plan, etc.) to meet business needs or solve problems,
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with others, to analyze, to solve problems and initiate actions
• Knowledge of the agile software development life-cycle and agile methodologies.
• Willing to provide 24/7 support to problems that may occur in the systems or applications.
• Experience with highly scalable, mission-critical services is an advantage.
