Senior Data Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our Corporate Development & Data Team. In this role, you will lead complex data initiatives, mentor analysts, and drive data-driven decision-making across a dynamic project portfolio. You will collaborate with commercial, service, and executive teams, transforming raw data into actionable insights that shape business strategy and operational excellence.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and optimization of advanced reports, dashboards, KPIs, and analytical models.
  • Manage and analyze large, complex datasets for extraction, cleaning, visualization, and reporting, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Partner with commercial, service, and executive teams to support high-impact business decisions and strategic initiatives.
  • Champion data quality, structure, and governance, establishing best practices and standards across the organization.
  • Translate complex technical insights into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Manage and develop a team of 3 direct reports, including performance reviews, coaching, and professional development.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure effective data utilization and alignment with business objectives.


Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a data analyst role.
  • Strong skills in Power BI, Excel, and SQL (Python is a plus).
  • Deep understanding of business processes, with the ability to architect and structure data solutions that drive business value.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing projects and mentoring team members.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-changing environment.


Language Skills

English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

German & French – Advantageous but not required

Other languages – Advantageous but not required


Professional Background

5+ years’ experience as a Data Analyst, with exposure to sports, retail, or related industries

Demonstrated experience leading analytics projects and delivering business impact.


Educational

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Data Science or a Computer Science or related fields.
