We are looking for a Python AI Engineer (GenAI) responsible for developing innovative AI solutions using cutting-edge machine learning and generative AI technologies. You will work closely with our development teams and clients, building intelligent systems leveraging large language models, implementing RAG architectures, and creating production-grade AI applications across telecommunications, finance, and healthcare sectors.

Apply If You Have
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience in AI/ML development,
- Professional experience building applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) and related concepts (RAG, vector databases, embeddings, prompt engineering, multi-agent systems),
- Familiarity with LLM frameworks (Langchain, LlamaIndex, Langraph, CrewAI, or similar),
- Strong knowledge and experience in production-grade Python development,
- Understanding of cloud concepts and architectures with hands-on experience in cloud services (Azure, GCP, or AWS),
- Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes),
- Expertise in data manipulation using Python libraries (Pandas, NumPy),
- Ability to work with large datasets and perform data cleaning, transformation, and manipulation,
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) essential for working on international projects,
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, Econometrics, or related quantitative discipline,
- Experience with specific LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Llama 3, Mixtral, Falcon, Gemini),
- Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools for model deployment and monitoring,
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, Qdrant),
- Familiarity with fine-tuning and training techniques for LLMs,
- Experience with AI evaluation frameworks and testing methodologies,
- Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) techniques,
- Contributions to open-source AI projects or published research,
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Salary: 120-180 zł/h (UZ or B2B)
