My client are a consulting firm, based in Dubai. Seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our team in Dubai, overseeing projects that leverage cutting-edge technologies. This is a permanent role based in Dubai. Relocation is acceptable, however no more than 1 month notice will be accepted.

Key Responsibilities

• Agility Champion: Embrace and practice agility while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Facilitator Extraordinaire: Conduct and manage Scrum events as required or requested.
• Product Backlog Management: Utilize effective techniques to manage and optimize the Product Backlog for maximum value.
• Goal Alignment: Ensure the Scrum Team fully understands the project’s goals, scope, and product domain.
• Empirical Planning: Apply expertise in product planning within an empirical environment.
• Team Coaching: Guide the Development Team towards self-organization and cross-functionality.
• Collaboration and Guidance: Work closely with the Product Owner to prioritize and refine backlog items for clarity and value.
• Obstacle Removal: Proactively identify and eliminate barriers to the team’s progress.
• Productivity Enhancement: Drive initiatives that improve the Scrum Team’s efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaboration with Peers: Partner with other Scrum Masters to share insights and enhance team dynamics.

Tech Stack & Project Scope

The role involves leadership on a project utilizing:

• Frontend: Vue 3 and Quasar Framework.
• Backend: Spring Boot, Oracle, SQL, and MySQL.
• Cloud Deployment: Azure.

Experience required

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.
• Manufacturing industry experience
• Hands-on experience with modern technology stacks and tools.
• Exceptional facilitation, communication, and collaboration skills.
• A proactive mindset to identify and address challenges head-on.
