Role Responsibilities
- Lead evaluation, comparison, and optimization of next-generation AI code agents
- Manage high-impact research sprints in collaboration with leading AI labs
- Translate technical findings into structured execution plans and recommendations
- Partner with engineers and researchers to assess AI tooling in real-world workflows
- Drive rigorous analysis, documentation, and reporting of evaluation outcomes
- Transition into Expert Project Manager roles supporting upcoming engineering initiatives
- Communicate technical and business requirements clearly to diverse stakeholders
- Strong years of experience in product or project management at top-tier technology companies, AI firms, or similar environments
- Strong technical background with experience working with code agents or developer tools
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a reputable institution
- Exceptional attention to detail, analytical rigor, and structured problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to operate independently in fast-paced, remote, research-driven environments
