The Role

We're seeking experienced UI/UX Designers to join our expert network as contract contributors. You'll evaluate AI-generated designs, create golden datasets, and provide expert feedback that helps train frontier generative AI models.

This is flexible, project-based contract work. You choose when and how much you work. Pay ranges from $25/hr - $60/hr, depending on your skills and experience.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate and rate AI-generated UI/UX outputs across web, mobile, and product interfaces
• Create golden datasets - high-quality reference designs that serve as ground truth for AI training
• Label and annotate design elements, interaction patterns, and visual components
• Provide comparative evaluations and written rationale for design quality assessments
• Tag designs across dimensions like usability, visual hierarchy, accessibility, and UX best practices
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1+ years of professional UI/UX design experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating shipped product work
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards
• Strong attention to detail and clear written communication
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  
  

Ideal Candidates Have

• Deep Figma fluency (auto-layout, variants, components, prototyping)
• Experience with design systems and component libraries
• Product design background at startups, agencies, or tech companies
• Portfolio showing range across different styles and use cases
• Knowledge of modern design trends in SaaS, consumer apps, or design tools
