Seeking a seasoned Technical Manager to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise IT solutions in the insurance domain. This leadership role is perfect for someone who thrives on driving innovation, managing technical teams, and aligning technology with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor software development teams to deliver high-quality insurance IT solutions.
• Manage the full SDLC for insurance applications, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Strong expertise in Java technologies with the ability to design, scale, govern, and modernize enterprise applications.
• Oversee microservices-based architectures, API integrations, and enterprise-wide digital solutions.
• Drive best practices in software architecture, coding standards, security, and performance.
• Implement AI/ML capabilities to enhance insurance IT systems.
• Champion Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and DevOps methodologies.
• Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, vendors, and cloud partners to deliver innovation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in software architecture, solution design, and development.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering.
• Expertise in microservices, APIs, enterprise integration, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Strong background in DevOps, CI/CD, Agile, and cloud migrations.
• Hands-on experience with Java & Oracle PLSQL.
• Proven leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in building Mobile-First applications.
• Preferred: Certifications in Cloud, AI & ML.
