Wireless Network Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Network & Wireless Engineer to design, implement, and optimize enterprise Cisco wireless solutions in a customer-facing environment. The role requires ownership of end-to-end wireless engagements and strong technical leadership.

Duration: Yearly renewable

Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagements for wireless design, deployment, migration, and optimization
• Design and implement Cisco WLAN solutions, including controllers, access points, and outdoor/industrial wireless
• Conduct pre- and post-deployment wireless site surveys and heatmaps
• Translate business requirements into solution designs and technical documentation (HLD/LLD)
• Support pre-sales activities and optimize Cisco wireless and security solutions.

Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of wireless networking experience
• CCIE Wireless, CWNE, or equivalent expertise Must*
• Deep knowledge of Cisco Wireless, networking, and security best practices
• Strong troubleshooting, automation, and Python scripting skills
• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills
