About the Role

Join TELUS International as an Internet Assessor and help improve online search quality. You'll evaluate search engine results, providing critical feedback on content relevance, quality, and language. Your assessments will examine grammar, tone, and cultural appropriateness, directly influencing the quality of web content. Most tasks require both a desktop/laptop and smartphone

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate online search results for content quality and relevance

• Analyze and provide feedback on search engine content
• Rate the relevance of results against search terms
• Assess language quality, including grammar, tone, and cultural appropriateness
• Contribute expert opinions on web content quality

Required Qualifications

• Language: Full professional proficiency in written and verbal German and English
• Location: Currently residing in Austria
• Technology: Smartphone (Android V4.2+ or iPhone iOS 13. 0+)Broadband internet connection with associated computer and software
• Active daily Gmail user

Experience

• Proficient with web browsers and online content navigation
• Familiar with social media platforms and Google products
• Attributes: Flexible, reliable, and able to interpret and follow guidelines
• Strong interest in social media

Preferred Qualification

• Knowledge of current and historical Austrian business, media, sports, news, and cultural affairs
• Active user of multiple social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
