Head of Engineering (React/Node/AWS) | EdTech | Hybrid/London | £100,000 - £120,000 + Stock Options
Well-funded, EdTech startup solving a critical problem looking for a HoE to take them from 0-1.
As a hands-on Head of Engineering you will take full ownership of tech roadmap, strategy, architecture and scaling both platform and the engineering team.
There is no shortage new products and services to be built form scratch in a space which has had little to no innovation for decades.
They are NOT looking for a seasoned CTO, they need someone who is technical but also a leader. A Tech Lead who has managed Engineers in start ups would be ideal.
What do I need?
- Experience working across the stack with React.js/Node.js
- Experience with AWS, GCP or Azure
- Experience working as a tech lead managing engineer (ideally in a startup)
- Experience with .Net and Flutter (bonus points)
