Project Manager IT

We are looking for a IT Project Manager Officer

The role is highly operational and execution-oriented, with a strong focus on project coordination, follow-up, documentation, and reporting activities.

You will work mainly from Italy, with the primary office based in Assago, Milan, collaborating closely with the HQ located in Paris area.

Occasional business trips to France may be required.

Your missions

• Manage and regularly update project plans and timelines.
• Perform systematic follow-up activities (actions, owners, reminders, progress tracking).
• Support cost evaluation and cost tracking.
• Produce and structure process and governance documentation (vendor governance, procedures, standards).
• Prepare status reports and presentation decks for steering committees and stakeholders.
• Support risk management activities, including risk log updates, reporting, and information sharing.

Your profile

• Junior / Intermediate seniority (senior profile not required).
• Solid knowledge of project management fundamentals (timelines, costs, follow-up).
• Strong ability in documentation writing and presentation preparation.
• Operational mindset, focused on day-to-day execution.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in an international and structured environment.
• Fluent level of English; French is a plus.

Delivery setup / location

• Main location: Italy – Cornaredo office (resource mainly based in Italy)..
• Travel: Possible business trips to France (to be defined).
