Salesforce Developer

Position Context:

As part of several digital transformation initiatives within a Salesforce environment, we are looking for Salesforce Developers to strengthen an IT team focused on commercial and digital solutions. You will notably contribute to a major project aimed at digitising credit processes, based on a target solution such as nCino built on Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the implementation and end-to-end development of Salesforce-based solutions, from design through maintenance.
• Support all project phases, ensuring smooth delivery across the full lifecycle.
• Configure and develop rich, interactive interfaces focused on an optimal customer journey (Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Components, etc.).
• Help industrialise development practices through continuous integration, change traceability, configuration management, observability, and quality controls.
• Maintain proactive and efficient collaboration with IT teams and relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with established code quality and architecture standards.
• Develop REST APIs and data access components to enable seamless integration within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Additional Activities

• Participate in or coordinate production support activities.
• Contribute to incident management and resolution.
• Support tasks related to patching, security, and obsolescence management.
• Help enhance secure software development lifecycle (SSDLC) practices.

Desired Profile:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• More than 6 years of experience in IT projects, including ideally at least 4 years in Salesforce development.
• Experience with nCino is considered a strong asset.
• Exposure to one or more Salesforce/nCino modules such as Financial Services Cloud, Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, nCino Commercial Banking and/or Mortgage.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration tools: Flow, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Custom Objects.
• Proven expertise in Salesforce custom development: Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, scheduled and batch classes.
• Experience with UI technologies such as JavaScript, Lightning Design System, and Lightning Web Components.
• Solid integration experience using REST, SOAP APIs, OAuth, and Single Sign-On.
• Familiarity with product development lifecycle, DevOps practices, and deployment tools including Git, Jenkins, Jira, AutoRabit, Change Sets, and Force.com IDE.
• Ability to work collaboratively while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French, both written and spoken.

Certifications (Plus)

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I / II, Platform App Builder.
• Additional certifications such as Identity & Access Management Architect, Sharing & Visibility Architect, Deployment Architect.
• nCino Commercial Banking Configuration certification.
