- Hands-on experience with Windows OS, macOS, and a wide range of end-user applications.
- Experience with Managed Print Services (MPS), mobile device configuration (Apple iOS & Android) using Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft Office 365.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and operating system issues.
- Work independently or collaboratively within a support team to resolve incidents and requests.
- Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot end-user workspace equipment, including desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and video/conferencing systems.
- Perform IMACD activities (Install, Move, Add, Change, Dispose), including workstation setup, hardware maintenance, and software installation/removal.
- Analyze system errors, maintain hardware, and manage user accounts and access using Active Directory.
- Deploy and manage operating systems and applications using SCCM or equivalent deployment tools.
- Accurately document incidents, resolutions, and procedures within the ticketing system.
- Maintain asset management records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
