- Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
- Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.
- Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.
- Be a productive member of the team.
- Act as a servant leader and coach to the Scrum Team, ensuring consistent adherence to Scrum values, principles, and practices.
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Partner closely with the Product Owner to ensure the product backlog is well-groomed, prioritized, and ready.
- Proactively identify, track, and help remove impediments that may impact team delivery or performance.
- Protect the team from external interruptions and distractions, enabling focus and sustainable delivery.
- Foster a collaborative, transparent, and psychologically safe team environment.
- Drive continuous improvement through effective retrospectives, feedback loops, and adaptive practices.
- Track, analyze, and communicate team progress and performance metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown charts).
- Coach team members on Agile and Scrum best practices, promoting self-organization and accountability.
- Support the wider organization in its Agile transformation and adoption.
