This role sits within a large-scale digital transformation focused on improving digital support for employees and delivering better services to customers. The programme centres on the further digitisation of core business processes and the implementation of shared IT platforms and tools.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys enabling teams, removing obstacles and driving continuous improvement.

About the role

• Location: Amsterdam
• 38 Hours per week
• Hybrid working model
• Coaching agile teams to become self-organising, high-performing and accountable
• Removing operational and strategic impediments so teams can focus on the right priorities
• Driving a culture of continuous improvement, feedback and learning
• Strengthening collaboration between teams, Product Owners and stakeholders
• Ensuring clear communication and alignment across all parties
• Supporting team members in their personal and professional development
• Helping teams effectively apply Scrum and SAFe practices within the programme

About you

• HBO-level working and thinking level
• 2–3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Strong affinity with software development and agile delivery
• Experience with or familiarity with JIRA
• Certified via Scrum.org and/or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
• Hands-on experience working within a SAFe environment
• Able to quickly understand new systems, processes and ways of working
• Comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders
