Senior Program Manager – Data & AI (Porto)

Main Tasks And Responsibilities

Noesis is looking for professionals with the following profile:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Data & AI strategic program, from planning to execution and governance;
• Coordinate multiple workstreams (data platforms, AI use cases, governance, and change management);
• Ensure timely delivery of milestones, managing risks, dependencies, and resources;
• Prepare executive-level reporting and presentations to support strategic decision-making;
• Engage senior stakeholders and facilitate steering committees and cross-functional collaboration;
• Drive change management initiatives, including communication, training, and success metrics.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master's Degree in Management, Technology, Data Science, or a related field;
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in Data, AI, or digital transformation;
• Solid understanding of data platforms, AI technologies and enterprise architecture;
• Proven experience in preparing and presenting materials for executive audiences;
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills;
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid methodologies will be valued;
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certifications are a plus;
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential for international environments.
