Join our team as a Scrum Master (Hybrid – Lisbon)!

What You’ll Do:

• Facilitate and continuously improve Scrum ceremonies and artifacts.
• Support the Product Owner in effective backlog management and product planning, ensuring prioritization maximizes business value.
• Identify, escalate, and proactively remove impediments (technical, organizational, or people-related).
• Act as an internal Agile coach, guiding teams toward true agility, self-organization, and continuous improvement.
• Promote Agile Software Engineering practices in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Contribute to the definition and evolution of Agile standards within the Center of Excellence.
• Use metrics pragmatically (velocity vs productivity) to support transparency and improvement — not micromanagement.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile Delivery Lead.
• Scrum Master certification.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, XP, Kanban).
• Solid experience with: Agile estimating and planning, Scrum ceremonies and artifacts
• Knowledge of Agile Software Engineering practices, including:, Automated testing techniques, CI/CD, Test-Driven Development (TDD)
• Familiarity with Agile metrics, including velocity vs productivity.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong communication, analytical, and listening skills.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
