Role Overview:

We are looking for a Data Analyst Junior to join our teams and support our client’s data and reporting initiatives. In this role, you will contribute to the development of dashboards, analysis, and insights that enable business decision-making, working closely with cross-functional teams and leveraging Power BI and Excel as core analytical tools.

What you will do:

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI;
• Collect, clean, and prepare datasets for analysis and reporting;
• Perform data analysis and create ad‑hoc reports using Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, charts);
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into analytical deliverables;
• Support data quality validation and continuous improvement of reporting processes;
• Document data sources, metrics, methodologies, and reporting standards.

What you are like:

• Experience in Power BI, including data modelling and DAX;
• Skilled in Excel, mastering advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis techniques;
• Ability to work with datasets, identify trends, and extract insights;
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy;
• Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams;
• Curious, proactive, and motivated to grow in the data analytics field.
