Exciting Opportunity: Service Desk Assistant

We’re seeking a Web Content Support Officer to join a team dedicated to supporting exporters with innovative digital solutions. If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating accessible, user-friendly content, this could be the role for you!

Location: ACT or NSW

Contract Duration: 12 months + potential for a 12-month extension

Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain Baseline

What You’ll Do:

• Provide Level 1 support via email and phone.
• Assist with onboarding users and creating accessible help content.
• Support communication and change initiatives to drive digital adoption.
• Manage escalation processes and triage inquiries for resolution.
• Create all required content accurately using plain language and according to WCAG 2.2

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience creating clear, accessible content for digital platforms.
• A proactive approach with great attention to detail.
• Bonus: Familiarity with ITIL, ITSM platforms, and Agile environments.
