🎯 Your Mission & Impact

As a Senior Back-End Developer, you will play a key role in designing and building scalable, high-performance backend systems, with a strong focus on AI-driven solutions and Large Language Models (LLMs).

Your work will directly influence global products used by leading clients across multiple industries.

🛠 What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend applications using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Build scalable APIs and microservices following clean architecture and best practices.
• Work hands-on with AI-powered solutions, integrating and optimizing Large Language Models (LLMs) in real, production environments.
• Collaborate closely with product, frontend, data, and AI teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Contribute to technical decisions, architecture discussions, and continuous improvements.
• Mentor junior developers and promote best practices across the team.
• Stay up to date with backend, cloud, and AI/LLM trends.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 5–7 years of experience as a Back-End Developer.
• Strong expertise in Node.js and TypeScript.
• 2–3 years of real, hands-on experience working with AI solutions, especially Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Solid understanding of backend architecture, RESTful APIs, microservices, and asynchronous systems.
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent soft skills: strong communication, teamwork, and stakeholder collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously in distributed, multicultural teams.
• English: Fluent
• Spanish: Native
