Data Analyst

La Fundación I+D Del Software Libre es un Centro de Apoyo a la innovación dónde desarrollamos y ejecutamos proyectos de I+D+I basados en las tecnologías mas punteras, cómo Realidad aumentada, Diferentes aplicaciones de la tecnología Blockchain y Ciberseguridad, además de consultoría tecnológica, nos avalan más de 20 años de trabajo.

Buscamos un perfil de Analista de datos con los siguientes requerimientos técnicos:

• Excellent analytical skills and ability to find root-causes to each issue.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and know how to put inputs from multiple sources to tell a story
• At least 5 years of previous experience
• Experience working with large datasets through data & visualization tools (Python, PBI)
• Other requirements:
• Strong problem-solving skills. High drive and delivery level
• Good interpersonal, relationship-building skills and positive attitude.
• Detail-oriented
• Strong time management and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• English: fluent level (C1) as you will work in an international environment and project.

• Definition, monitoring and analysis of KPIs to help evaluate the performance of products and services in order to identify strengths and areas for improvement.

Youll be involved in Beta pilot projects (new products and services and continuous improvement of existing products).

Ad hoc and strategic project, deeping on pain points

• Daily analysis of main technical KPIs
• Identify root-causes in real time, through a heatmap, implementing actions to reduce pain points
• Follow-up of the different KPIs to help evaluate the correct functioning of the portfolio and actions for improvement.
• Analysis and presentations of key findings
• Integration of products and services into the customer's environment.
• Preparation of monitoring reports and execution of related action plans.
