- Develop and maintain cross-platform applications using Python, or Javascript (React) and at least one mobile framework (iOS/Swift or Android/Kotlin)
- Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Debug and resolve performance bottlenecks across platforms
- Work cross-functionally and collaboratively to execute on technical and business strategies
- Contribute to the full development cycle: technical design, development, testing, experimentation, analysis, and launch
- Proficiency in Python or JavaScript with strong skills in at least one mobile platform, such as iOS development (Swift) or Android development (Kotlin)
- A passion for delivering high-quality software and a pragmatic, accountable approach to your work
- A focus on user experience, building intuitive and delightful experiences, and a willingness to iterate based on customer feedback
- Experience working in an Agile, Lean, Scrum, or Kanban environment
- A proven ability to Get Things Done—shipping software regularly and driving impactful results
