About the role
Revolut’s People team shapes how we support our people and ensure a seamless experience every day. From onboarding to coaching and development, they partner with teams across the business to create a people-first environment that enables growth and success.
We're looking for a People Partner to support the management and development of our fast growing teams. You'll take our HR strategies to the next level by taking a data-oriented and results-driven approach.

What you'll be doing
- Collaborating cross-functionally with teams to address under-performance and raise the talent bar
- Providing pragmatic, commercially focused solutions in relation to talent management and business objectives
- Supporting an environment of succession and growth
- Working closely with teams on strategic aspects of employee satisfaction and development, including succession planning, career paths, and DEI initiatives
- Partnering with the wider HR and shared service teams
- Developing positive working relationships across the business
What you'll need
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree
- Solid experience in HR and/or continuous improvement in a people function, ideally in a fast-paced company
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Demonstrable experience in reviewing and developing internal talent
- Fluency in English
Nice to have
- Experience in a startup and/or the tech industry
- Generalist HR experience, including an understanding of the employee life-cycle, benefits, policies, etc.
- Fluency in other languages
