Software Test Engineer

Scandinavian Capital Markets is a foreign currency broker based in Stockholm and with a remote working force. We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer who will be working directly with our CTO in automating and manually testing developments.

We are building the next generation of currency trading technology and products and we are looking for someone who can work independently and think outside of the box. If you are someone who excels at QA, but also wants to have a voice in high level decisions such as architecture and product, we want to meet you!

Requirements

- Writing end-to-end automated tests for web apps and APIs

- Manual testing of critical flows and edge cases

- Playwright (preferred) or Cypress

- TypeScript or JavaScript

- SQL for data validation

- Git, CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)

Nice to have

- Forex / Trading domain experience

- Windows Server administration

- Docker

- Performance testing
