Embedded Firmware Engineer – BLE & Low-Power Systems

We are looking for an Embedded Firmware Engineer with strong expertise in BLE and low-power embedded systems. You will work close to hardware in RTOS and/or bare-metal environments, contributing to the development of BLE-based software modules used across multiple teams in a fast-paced, engineering-driven organization.

The role covers the full lifecycle — from firmware design and protocol handling to build pipelines, testing, and delivery — with a strong focus on performance, memory efficiency, and ultra-low-power operation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BLE-based firmware modules
• Design and implement firmware optimized for low power, performance, and memory
• Work with wireless communication and radio technologies
• Troubleshoot real-time systems using lab equipment, sniffers, and protocol analysis tools
• Build and maintain build, test, and validation pipelines
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams
• Ensure high-quality documentation and developer tooling

Key requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Engineering Physics, or equivalent
• Very strong C and solid C++ experience for embedded systems
• Experience working close to hardware in RTOS / bare-metal environments
• Hands-on experience with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE/GATT) and protocol stacks
• Proven experience with ultra-low-power embedded software
• Strong understanding of memory management, performance, and latency
• Ability to see the full system picture from firmware to delivery
