Estimated 80–100% full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and to expected outcomes
• Implement organizational changes necessary for integration with a European utility platform in line with regulatory requirements
• Ensure the successful delivery and adoption of technological and operational solutions, including implementation of new energy balancing systems
• Prepare operational teams for updated workflows in line with modernization initiatives
• Lead projects following established production and IT production models
• Plan, monitor, and report project progress to steering groups
• Manage risks in accordance with organizational procedures
• Maintain clear communication and coordination with stakeholders, both within the organization and across Nordic partners
• Additional duties may include leading further development and implementation projects within the division

Required Skills & Experience

• Over 10 years’ experience in Project Management at a senior/expert level
• Proven ability to deliver complex technical projects in critical infrastructure environments
• Proficient in Swedish (spoken and written)

Work Schedule & Location

• Based at the client’s office in Sundbyberg (Stockholm)
• Remote work available up to 50% by agreement, subject to change
• Some domestic and international travel may be required

Assignment Details

• Initial contract from 01 Apr 2026 to 31 Mar 2027
• Option to extend annually up to 31 Mar 2030
