Job Description

We're looking for a passionate Lead Data Scientist / ML Engineer to join an exciting EdTech project for one of our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of machine learning models and data-driven solutions
  • Collaborate with the client's product and engineering teams to integrate ML models into their platform
  • Build and maintain scalable data pipelines ensuring data quality and reliability
  • Research and implement new algorithms and technologies to enhance product performance
  • Present insights and recommendations to both internal and client stakeholders
  • Support decision-making through data analysis, A/B testing, and experimentation
  • Ensure best practices in coding, documentation, and model deployment

Profile / Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in data science or machine learning
  • Strong programming skills in Python and SQL, and solid knowledge of ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
  • Hands-on experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • Deep understanding of statistics, data modeling, and MLOps principles
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • English at B2 level or higher (both written and spoken)
  • Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
