SAP Project Manager

Our client is a manufacturing company and has around 3.000 staff. Now we are looking for Senior Software Integration Specialist for its growing IT organization. IT organization of our client is located in Yıldız Technical University Davutpaşa Technopark.

Now we are looking for Project Manager (SAP) who will lead SAP projects of the company and will report to IT Director. The company has state of art IoT 4.0 digitalized modern plants also the group has its own distribution and logistics company.

Job Description

• Project Manager (SAP) will report to IT Director.
• The company uses SAP S4/Hana with 35 on premise SAP servers and effectively using SAP S4/Hana for many years with 18 different modules.
• The person will ensure that all SAP and RPA projects are achieved in scope, in budget, in scheduled time frame with desired quality and manageable risks.
• The person will lead SAP solution for business intelligence and reporting, finance, logistics, manufacturing, plant maintenance, integrated outbound deliveries including EWM modules.
• The person will manage the relations with SAP consulting companies.
• S/he will manage the SAP project portfolio and prioritize the departments’ requests.

The Profile

• Graduated from engineering or business administration departments of universities.
• Minimum 5 years of experience business experience is required. Preferably the first years spent in an SAP consulting company and then have a leadership role about SAP projects in a prominent organization.
• Having a PMP certificate or PRINCE is highly appreciated.
• Beside FI and CO modules AA and FS-PER module knowledge will be advantage
• It is required to be achieved at least two end to end successful SAP implementation project.
• SAP S4Hana experience will be a strong asset.
• Has strong analytical skills, good communication and presentation skills.
• Have strong problem solving and teamworking skills.
• Strong leadership skills are required to lead and keep them motivated SAP consultants and RPA specialists.
• Minimum B2 level English is required.
• No military obligations for male candidates
• No barrier for travelling (not frequent)

Our client's office is located in Bağcılar. They are working with hybrid mode means 50% from home and they have shuttle services including to Anatolian Side.
