Program Manager

Program Manager – Product & SaaS (Life Sciences) - Fully Remote in Poland

Planet Pharma are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead complex, high-impact product and SaaS initiatives within the life sciences space. This role sits at the center of strategy and execution, owning large programs from concept through delivery while driving measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program delivery across product development and SaaS initiatives
• Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to prioritize features, manage roadmaps, and hit delivery milestones
• Establish strong program governance, manage $10M+ budgets, and track KPIs
• Identify and mitigate risks across multiple workstreams and vendors
• Ensure SaaS solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with life sciences regulations (FDA, GxP, GDPR)
• Drive stakeholder alignment, executive reporting, and change management initiatives

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in program or project management
• Strong background in product development and SaaS environments
• Experience in life sciences, pharma, or healthcare preferred
• Proven success delivering large-scale transformation programs
• Proficiency with Agile/Scrum, SDLC, and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms and modern SaaS architectures (Azure/AWS)
