Planning and Scheduling Supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS

• Requires 5+ years in professional planning, project coordination, or a related field.
• Advanced Primavera planning and programming skills.
• Develop, review, and adjust project schedules, defining project scope and resources needed to meet deadlines.
• Manage daily site activities, including supervising workers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure productivity and quality.
• Maintain accurate daily logs, track paperwork, and provide progress reports to project managers.
• Monitor expenses, identify budget variances, and manage change orders.
• Experienced in preparing and managing claims against the client.
