Data Scientist (LLM)

As a Data Scientist (LLM), you’ll help shape the future of conversational AI in travel.

This is not an “experiment-only” role — you’ll work on production systems with real users and real impact.

You will:

• Design, test and improve LLM-powered conversational experiences
• Build transactional and goal-oriented AI flows
• Combine LLMs with deterministic logic to create reliable agentic solutions
• Analyze conversations, spot limitations and turn data into improvements
• Collaborate closely with engineers to influence architecture and backend integration
• Prototype, deploy and evolve GenAI and agentic AI solutions end to end

You don’t need to tick every box — curiosity and ownership matter most.

Ideally, you have:

• 3+ years of experience in Data Science / Machine Learning
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g. ChatGPT, GPT-4)
• Solid Python skills and experience with AI/data platforms (e.g. Databricks, CognigyAI)
• Experience evaluating NLP systems (A/B tests, error analysis, metrics)
• Interest in GenAI, agentic AI and modern AI architectures
• Ability to explain complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset and good English skills

📍 Hybrid work: Gdańsk (2 days/week in the office) or relocation to Trójmiasto

✈️ Occasional travel: ~ once per quarter
