Commercial Growth & Data Analytics Senior Specialist

Sisal Sans, established in partnership with Sisal S.p.A and Demirören Holding, is an organization that provides services in both the retail and digital sectors, authorized to carry out the games of chance in Turkey for 10 years in 2020.

We are looking for a teammate who works as a Commercial Growth & Data Analytics Sr. Specialist in Online department. The position reports to the Digital Marketing Pricing & Analytics Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform performance analysis, KPI tracking and reporting for the online channel,
• Analyze player behavior, revenue breakdowns and segmentation to drive growth,
• Evaluate retention, reactivation, upsell / cross-sell campaign performance,
• Develop dashboards (OAC/Power BI) and support management reporting,
• Collaborate closely with CRM, Product, Digital Marketing teams

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, MIS, Economics or related fields,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics,
• Advanced Excel & strong SQL skills,
• Experience with dashboard/reporting tools (OAC, Power BI, etc.),
• Experience in data-intensive sectors (online gaming, finance, e-commerce, telecom) is an advantage,
• Good command of English (for reporting and communication),
• Knowledge of Python or advanced modelling tools is a plus
