Senior Manager – Product Owner Commercial

Dubai, UAE |24-Month Contract

We are hiring a Senior Manager – Product Owner Commercial to lead the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of digital products that enhance guest experience and drive commercial performance across web, mobile apps, kiosks, loyalty, personalization, and eCommerce platforms.

This role sits at the heart of cross-functional delivery teams and acts as the voice of the customer and business, ensuring delivery of intuitive, data-driven digital solutions aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Own product vision, roadmap, and delivery for commercial digital platforms
• Translate business goals into actionable product strategies and prioritized backlogs
• Lead Agile delivery, writing epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Champion guest experience through journey mapping, UX collaboration, and data insights
• Partner with commercial, operations, CX, IT, and marketing stakeholders
• Drive adoption, revenue growth, loyalty, and digital engagement
• Track performance and optimize continuously post-launch

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Digital Media, or related field
• 5–7+ years’ experience in Product Ownership / Digital Product Management
• Strong experience in B2C digital platforms, mobile/web ecosystems
• Proven Agile / Scrum delivery experience
• Exposure to DXP, CRM, CMS, Omnichannel, eCommerce, loyalty, and personalization platforms
• Product Owner certifications (CSPO, SAFe PO, UX, Digital PM) preferred
