Join our team as a Data Reporting Analyst!

Position Overview
This role will be pivotal in creating and maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly reports that drive key business decisions in sales, underwriting, and executive strategy. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data extraction, manipulation, and reporting using advanced SQL (Snowflake preferred) and Python.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- 3–5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting roles, preferably in the auto finance or financial services industry.
- Proven expertise in SQL (Snowflake experience highly preferred).
- Strong programming skills in Python, including libraries for data manipulation and visualization (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib).
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in building automated workflows and ETL processes.
- Strong understanding of database structures, data modeling, and analytics.
- Familiarity with risk management principles in the context of auto finance.
