Marketing Data Analyst

We are looking to hire a Marketing Data Analyst who will be responsible for delivering digital performance reporting, insight generation, and measurement support across multiple digital channels for our client based in the Dubai, one of the largest organisations in the region.


This is a 12-month contract and renewable based on performance.


The role sits within the Brand & Digital Marketing function and reports directly to the Senior Digital Analytics Manager.


We are looking for a passionate Marketing Data Analyst who is curious about data, user behaviour, and digital performance. You should have hands-on experience in digital analytics, dashboard, and working closely with cross-functional marketing and product teams, along with a solid understanding of digital media and measurement frameworks.


Key responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and optimize dashboards and reports to monitor performance across paid media, websites (.com), product funnels, and CRM channels.
  • Analyze user behavior, conversion paths, and campaign outcomes to deliver actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Support the setup, validation, and quality assurance of tracking tags, pixels, and analytics configurations on web and app platforms.
  • Contribute to attribution analysis, incrementality testing, and measurement modeling to guide media mix and budget allocation decisions.
  • Collaborate with marketing, media, product, hotel, and business unit teams to support campaign planning and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity across platforms, identifying and resolving discrepancies with internal teams, agencies, and analytics partners.
  • Provide analytical input for A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives, measuring results and recommending next steps.


Knowledge, skills & experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data, Analytics, or a related field
  • 3–4 years of experience in digital analytics, ideally within e-commerce, technology, travel, hospitality, or media environments
  • Strong proficiency in GA4, Looker Studio, and Excel; experience with SQL, BigQuery, or other BI tools is an advantage
  • Advance in Excel
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and TikTok Ads
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to work with large datasets
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
