We Are Seeking: Senior Product/Project Manager - Digital Client & Advisor Experience

This role owns the end‑to‑end digital experience for clients and advisors within International Wealth Management. You will shape how users onboard, authenticate, trade, view portfolios, and interact with advisory tools. The focus goes beyond UI - you are responsible for the underlying digital engine that supports core wealth management workflows.

You will work closely with advisors, technology, risk, and compliance teams to translate real business needs into a clear product roadmap and drive delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the client and advisor digital journey across onboarding, authentication, trading, and portfolio management
• Lead delivery of secure, functional wealth management platforms
• Drive implementation of core security features, including multi‑factor authentication
• Translate advisor and client needs into product requirements and prioritised backlogs
• Partner with technology, risk, compliance, and infrastructure teams
• Build and lead a small team of product managers, designers, and analysts

Must‑Haves

• 8+ years of experience in digital product, platform delivery, or transformation within wealth management or private banking
• Proven delivery of complex wealth or advisory platforms
• Hands‑on experience with security and authentication frameworks in financial services
• Strong understanding of advisor workflows and client investment journeys
• Ability to influence cross‑functionally and own outcomes end to end
