Scrum Master

1 yr renewable contract

Salary: Up to 8400 SGD (depending upon experience and skills)

Technical Skills

• Strong experience with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365
• Hands-on experience with endpoint management tools (Intune, SCCM)
• Working knowledge of Entra ID (Azure AD), Group Policy, and endpoint security controls
• Basic to intermediate PowerShell scripting skills
• Familiarity with ITIL-based support processes

Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in End-User Computing / Workspace / EUC roles in enterprise or corporate IT environments
• Exposure to audit, compliance, or regulated environments is an advantage

Soft Skills

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Good communication skills with both technical and non-technical users
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Team-oriented with a proactive and responsible mindset
