Role: Python Developer or Full Stack Python Developer

Location: Santa Clara, California, USA – Hybrid

Salary: $160,000 – $250,000 per annum

Role Overview

We are looking for a Back End Engineer to join a high-performing engineering team responsible for building and scaling enterprise data and cloud platforms. In this role, you will design and develop backend services, data platforms, and cloud-based solutions using Python and modern cloud technologies.

You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and platform teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and secure backend systems used at enterprise scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python
• Build and scale data platforms and cloud-based backend architectures
• Develop services to support data orchestration and distributed systems
• Optimize backend performance, scalability, and reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, data, and platform engineering
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve system stability
• Contribute to architecture decisions and platform evolution

You’ll Bring

• 2–6+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer or Python Developer
• Strong experience with Python and backend development
• Experience working with data platforms and distributed systems
• Cloud experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Solid understanding of backend architecture, APIs, and system design
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with data orchestration tools and pipelines
• Exposure to large-scale enterprise systems
• Experience working in hybrid or cloud-native environments
