What You’ll Do

• Develop, deploy, and maintain scalable microservices using Node.js, PostgreSQL, and modern tools.
• Create intuitive and performant user interfaces with React and Redux.
• Provide mentorship, foster collaboration, and lead projects to success.
• Drive test-driven development to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, from product managers to designers, ensuring seamless project delivery.
• Stay ahead of industry trends to continuously improve our tech stack and methodologies.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of commercial experience with:
• Node.js, PostgreSQL, and microservices architecture.
• Building secure and scalable solutions in the health tech sector.
• Front-end development with React and Redux
• Test-driven development practices.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire engineering teams.
• Strong analytical and debugging skills to solve complex challenges.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
• Must be based in Brussels, Belgium.
