Job Title: Junior ServiceNow Developer

Location: 100% Remote

Job Type: Full-time

Start Date: January 2025-6 months with an Option to Extend

Daily Freelance rate: 200-250 Euros/day

Job Description:

• We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer with expertise outside of the traditional ITSM and GRC
• If you have experience in areas such as Risk Management, Incident Management, Vulnerability Management, or other ServiceNow applications beyond ITSM, we want to hear from you.
• In this role, you will be responsible for customizing and implementing various ServiceNow modules and workflows , contributing to an enhanced and seamless user experience.
• You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure smooth delivery across the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and configure ServiceNow modules, including Risk Management, Incident Management, Vulnerability Management, and more.
• Design, build, and maintain solutions in ServiceNow based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality, innovative ServiceNow solutions.
• Implement custom applications and integrations as required.
• Troubleshoot, test, and debug existing applications and workflows.
• Provide technical support and guidance on ServiceNow-related issues.
• Document and maintain development processes, workflows, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Experience with ServiceNow development
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript, etc.).
• Familiarity with ServiceNow's platform features, APIs, and integrations.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and in a remote team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• ServiceNow certifications are a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Experience with custom application development in ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow best practices for non-ITSM modules.
