Job Purpose:

The Data and Analytics Specialist will be responsible for analyzing and reporting data across Pre University Central Offices, Qatar Foundation Schools and the wider community. This includes contributing to the design of data collection tools, analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, preparing data reports with clear insights, identifying trends, and supporting ongoing data monitoring activities.

The role requires close collaboration with PUE Central office, schools, QF entities, and internal SRG teams to ensure data analysis and reporting are well-coordinated, meaningful, and aligned with organizational priorities and strategic objectives

Key Result Areas:

  • • Conduct quantitative and qualitative data analysis to support the work of PUE’s Research and Evaluation Office.
  • • Assist in the design and implementation of data collection tools, evaluation instruments, and sampling approaches
  • • Develop, maintain, and manage databases to ensure secure, accurate, and accessible data storage
  • • Prepare clear, actionable data reports and visualizations to support SCI and other strategic initiatives to support a wide range of stakeholders
  • • Track engagement and performance data to support monitoring and continuous improvement efforts
  • • Support the planning, implementation, and evaluation of major SRG initiatives
  • • Collaborate with QF entities, QFS divisions, and external partners to support effective data sharing and reporting
  • • Track engagement and performance data to inform continuous improvement
  • • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of all reported data
  • • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • • Contribute to special projects and undertake additional tasks as assigned
  • Minimum Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

    • • Bachelor’s degree in management information systems, Data Science, Statistics or other related post-graduate degree
    • • 2-5 years of relevant full-time work experience in non-profit performance management, data management, psychometrics, and data analytics.
    • • Experience working with statistics and large datasets required within academic and research fields
    • • Excellent writing skills with the ability to prepare reports, proposals, and communications
    • • Proven experience with SPSS, NVivo, MAXQDA or similar statistical software solutions
    • • Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
    • • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
    • • Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines effectively
