Microsoft Azure Data Architect - Up to 30,000 QAR (Arabic speaker preferred)

We’re looking for an experienced Microsoft Azure Data Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade cloud and data platforms within a large, complex digital environment.

This is a senior, hands-on architecture role with real ownership - covering data platforms, integration, security, and governance - working closely with business and technology stakeholders.

What you’ll be responsible for

• Leading the end-to-end architecture of Azure-based cloud and data platforms
• Designing scalable Azure Data Lake, Data Warehouse, and Synapse solutions
• Architecting ETL / ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Logic Apps
• Integrating enterprise systems such as SAP S/4HANA, Oracle ERP, and custom applications
• Implementing data security, encryption, and governance using Azure security frameworks (e.g. Key Vault)
• Building and maintaining CI/CD automation using Azure DevOps
• Running data solution design workshops and contributing to architecture review boards
• Mentoring and guiding Data Engineers and Data Analysts
• Ensuring all solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with business objectives

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years’ experience designing enterprise data solutions on Microsoft Azure
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Azure Data Factory
• Azure Synapse Analytics
• Azure Databricks
• Azure Data Lake / cloud storage
• Solid knowledge of Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, and cloud-native data services
• Experience implementing security, encryption, and governance (Azure Key Vault, RBAC, compliance)
• Strong understanding of data governance and compliance frameworks
• Experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
• Confident working with senior stakeholders and leading technical discussions
• Fluent in Arabic and English

Qualifications (preferred)

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Microsoft certifications such as:
• Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• Azure Data Engineer Associate (DP-203)
• Azure Security Engineer Associate
