The successful applicant will be able to work at our Lviv office, Warsaw office or remotely from Poland and Ukraine.

RAID: Shadow Legends, Mech Arena, and our other 18 massive titles unite more than 500 million players worldwide. With over 15 years’ experience, we strive for boundary-pushing gameplay and graphics. We pair this with our dedication to innovation through analytics, marketing, and community interaction.

We are looking for a talented LiveOps Specialist to join a team consisting of over 20 people who work on key strategic planning initiatives that directly impact product success.


RAID: Shadow Legends – a mobile MMORPG that combines battle collection mechanics and cutting-edge graphics in a dark fantasy setting. As our flagship title, it is enjoyed by more than 100 million players worldwide. The game was featured in numerous countries by Google and Apple.


Responsibilities

  • Developing new monetization features and tools
  • Planning a calendar of in-game events and activities
  • Monitoring the consistency of monetization and game balance
  • Preparing content for in-game events
  • Coordinating with the art, development, and analytics teams


What we expect

  • At least 4 years as a LiveOps Specialist
  • In-depth experience in LiveOps (events, offers, promotions, battle passes, working with metrics)
  • Strong analytical skills: working with KPIs, analyzing data, conducting A/B tests and interpreting their results
  • Practical experience working with Google Office (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Confident knowledge and daily experience working with Atlassian tools, particularly Confluence
  • Experience working with Game Economy Design and understanding of the impact of economic decisions on game metrics
  • Fluency in Ukrainian
  • English language skills at the upper-intermediate level or higher


Desired

  • Hands-on experience and knowledge of Python
  • Experience working with Unity
  • Experience in game design
