Scrum Master

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives

Coach the team on Agile and Scrum best practices

Remove impediments and help the team stay focused on sprint goals

Support the Product Owner in backlog grooming and prioritization

Promote collaboration and transparency within the team and with stakeholders

Track sprint progress using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.)

Help teams adopt a mindset of continuous improvement

Protect the team from external distractions and scope creep

Ensure Scrum processes are followed consistently

Preferred Qualifications

Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)

Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally

Knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Kanban, SAFe)
