Role Senior GenAI Developer

Experience Range 3 to 5 years

Location Bangalore Pune

Work Mode Hybrid from customer location

The GenAI Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining the backend infrastructure This includes prompt orchestration integration with AWS services eg Bedrock RDS S3 ECR Lambda and Textract and managing AI workflows for document ingestion context mapping etc The role requires close collaboration with the data UI and testing teams to ensure scalable efficient and reliable GenAI model deployment

Design and implement backend services to enable smart ingestion context mapping and draft generation using GenAI models

Build APIs to connect UI with AI inference and data layers

Integrate AWS Bedrock and Textract for AI model and document processing pipelines

Implement prompt chaining context caching and retrievalaugmented generation RAG for improved accuracy

Collaborate with data and DevOps teams for CICD and model monitoring setup

Ensure data security compliance and adherence to organizational AI standards
