Product Manager, B2B SaaS
Salary: up to £70,000 - £75,000
Location: Hybrid or Remote (UK or EU based)
Contract: Permanent
A high growth B2B SaaS business is looking for a Product Manager to own strategy and roadmap delivery for a core platform used by enterprise clients. This is a product strategy, discovery, and feature focused role, shaping the end to end user experience, workflow design, and platform evolution.
This role is not suited to a Product Owner or delivery only profile. They need someone comfortable setting direction, making trade offs, and driving outcomes across Product, Design, and Engineering.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own product strategy and roadmap for key platform workflows and user experience
- Define and prioritise features, shipping impactful improvements to core UX and usability
- Lead discovery, gathering feedback from users, stakeholders and the market, then translating it into a clear product plan
- Document requirements clearly, producing business and functional specs, user stories, and process flows
- Use data and research to analyse workflows, identify friction, and improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Partner closely with Product Design and Engineering, aligning teams around outcomes and ensuring clarity throughout delivery
- Support testing and quality, contributing to UAT and validating releases before they go live
- Track industry and competitor trends, using evidence to guide product investment decisions
What they’re looking for
- 3 plus years experience as a Product Manager within a B2B SaaS or software organisation
- Strong track record in roadmap ownership, product discovery, and feature prioritisation
- Comfortable working with data, AI enabled products, or workflow heavy platforms
- User centred mindset, with a genuine interest in intuitive, high quality UX
- Technical fluency, able to work effectively with engineers and navigate technical trade offs
- Structured problem solver who can prioritise ruthlessly and make smart calls with limited information
- Strong written skills, able to produce clear documentation that teams can execute against
- Confident communicator who can align stakeholders and keep work moving in a fast paced environment
Nice to have
- Experience in AI native products, data visualisation, machine learning, gen AI, prompt based features, or conversational interfaces
- Background in online monitoring, analytics, or insight led products
What’s on offer
- Salary up to £75,000
- Hybrid or fully remote working
- Opportunity to shape a high impact product roadmap in a modern SaaS environment
- Collaborative culture across Product, Engineering and Design
