Job Profile:

We are looking for a Quality Engineer who is responsible for ensuring products and processes meet quality standards and customer requirements. Leads quality planning, inspections, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to drive continuous improvement, reduce defects, and support compliance with industry and regulatory standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Solid experience in manual and automated testing
• Proficiency in automation tools –Tosca, Tosca Agentic AI, Jenkins, GitHub
• Experience with qTest test management tool
• Experience with Agile and DevOps environments
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to mentor junior testers and contribute to process improvement
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Develop and maintain automated functional test scripts for ST and Regression testing.
• Ensure all test automation is implemented as per the TCoE QE guidelines/framework.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure quality.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation.
• Log and track defects, working closely with developers for resolution.
• Manage test environments and create necessary test data.
