Senior Backend Developer

At belo we are looking for a Backend Developer Senior to join our team. We create simple financial products so that people can focus on what really matters to them. Our core services are built using Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB on top of AWS. We need resourceful engineers to take the platform to the next level. What You'll Do

• Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code in TypeScript, conducting code reviews, refactoring code, and implementing testing frameworks to ensure reliability and efficiency
• Build scalable and secure APIs to facilitate data communication between the front-end and back-end systems
• Design architectures that meet security standards to protect user data, focusing on data encryption, authentication, and authorization
• Design, manage, and optimize database schemas to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval. Handle complex queries and database indexing to maintain performance under heavy load
• Work with various third-party APIs and services for financial functions, like payment processing, identity verification, and analytics, ensuring secure and reliable integrations
• Monitor and optimize server performance for high-volume transactions, using techniques such as caching, load balancing, and microservices architecture.
• Work closely with front-end developers to design efficient data flows and DevOps to streamline deployment, CI/CD, and scalability, ensuring continuous and stable performance of the fintech app
