Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Backlog Management: Own, prioritize, and groom the product backlog to ensure the team is always working on the highest-value items.
• Requirements Engineering: Translate vague business needs (e.g., "Add a new deposit method") into detailed functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Stakeholder Communication: Manage expectations with the client’s product managers and compliance teams regarding scope and timelines.
• Agile Rituals: Lead Sprint Planning, Refinement, and Review sessions.
• Acceptance: Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure delivered features meet business requirements before release.

Required Skills:

• Product Ownership: Strong experience as a PO/BA in an Agile environment.
• Domain: Experience in Online Gaming (Betting/Casino) or Fintech is highly desirable to understand odds, stakes, and risk.
• Communication: Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Tools: Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence.
